Our organization, established in late 2014, was originally awarded the first and only permit for ISP District 1 to dispense medical cannabis in the State of Illinois. The owner and founder of the organization is local to the area and had great interest in the medical benefits offered by cannabis, with intentions to make high quality medicine readily available to qualified patients in the area. With cooperation from the local officials and support from the community, The Dispensary – Fulton was established and strives to bring high quality, compassionate care to the northwest corner of Illinois.

Anyone with an active Illinois Medical Card who can also produce a valid I.D. may purchase from our medical facility located in Fulton, IL, at a 1% tax rate. For Adult Use customers, anyone with a valid, scannable identification that proves they’re over the age of 21 may purchase.
Medical patients will need to bring a copy of their valid Illinois-issued medical card as well as a valid form of identification. Adult-use purchasers only need to provide a scannable identification card or passport showing they are over the age of 21. We do have ATMs onsite for your convenience.

The Dispensary is proud to announce the Formal Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Celebration Events for the new recreational/adult use stores in Fulton and East Dubuque. Come out and join us for music, fun, food, and booths set up by local vendors including cultivation centers and local glass blowers on Saturday June 12th and Saturday June 19th.

The Rec Room in Fulton, serving all cannabis customers over the age of 21, is officially opening on Saturday, May 15th at 11AM. We will be announcing our official Grand Opening event shortly to include the ribbon cutting with various vendors in attendance.
